Professional Music Contracting in San Diego
Need professional musicians for a concert, production, recording session, corporate event, or special project? I provide music contracting and musician personnel coordination throughout San Diego and Southern California, assembling ensembles ranging from individual specialty musicians and chamber groups to pit orchestras and full symphonic ensembles.
As a professional musician myself, I have spent nearly two decades working throughout San Diego's music community. That experience has given me an extensive network of professional orchestral, commercial, jazz, and specialty musicians, along with firsthand knowledge of what it takes to put the right players together for a successful production.
Every project is different. I work directly with producers, artistic directors, conductors, event professionals, venues, and organizations to understand the instrumentation, schedule, budget, and artistic needs of each production, then build the ensemble around those requirements.

Successful music contracting is about more than finding names on a roster. It means knowing the musicians, understanding the demands of a production, matching the right players to the job, and making sure everyone has the information they need to arrive prepared and ready to perform.

How Music Contracting Works
1. Tell Me About Your Project
Send me the dates, location, instrumentation, rehearsal and performance schedule, and any other information you already have. If you're still determining what you need, that's okay too.
2. I Assemble the Musicians
Using an extensive network of professional musicians throughout San Diego and Southern California, I assemble personnel appropriate for the instrumentation, style, schedule, and needs of your production.
3. I Coordinate the Details
I handle musician communication, confirmations, scheduling, and agreed-upon personnel coordination so you have one point of contact instead of managing individual musicians yourself.
4. Your Musicians Arrive Ready to Perform
The goal is simple: professional musicians who know where to be, when to be there, what they're playing, and what is expected of them.
